If the required candidates are to be occupied in an industry that ARHES hasn’t been operating before, then we will need to have all required qualifications, the candidates’ profile as well as the deadline of the expected placement as soon as possible and after extensively analyzing the market we will revert with a calculated estimation on the time frame.

Yes, of course. We will thoroughly pre-screen the candidates and select the ones that closely much your needs. The shortlisted candidates’ Resumes will be sent to you for final approval and then ARHES will facilitate the coordination of the final interview scheduling process.

ARHES has established a multi-phased recruitment process, and the final decision is unanimously made by both the employer and the employee when they agree to initiate their professional collaboration. After the collaboration starts, all labor disputes that may arise, are resolved according to the applicable local Labor Law and ARHES holds no responsibility on the matter.

The cost of our services depends on the HR Services package you will need. Some of our services are fixed and some will flex on the complexity of the tailored recruitment package you will require. We never charge our applicants. All pre-agreed fees are paid by employers according to the pre-agreed T&C.
